Central location to everything in Miami. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is included with the room and it has a little of everything.

The rooms were not clean and the pool was dirty. It looked like the staff really did not care about quality. The breakfast area had food all over the floors.

I recently stayed here and found the staff slow to respond and inattentive. There was debris in the lobby and elevator. The view in back was horrible-a lake full of garbage.
Also, someone needs to learn how to clean their pool-filthy!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definately go back to this hotel as well as recommend it because my experience was way better than that of others that rated it on the reviews. You get your monies worth and perhaps a little more. The only thing that it didnt have was FREE HBO. LOL!
