The rooms are extremely nice. I had purchase the romance suite and I was not disappointed at all. Will be back with my kids in a couple of months.

I checked in with my mom and we were greated very warmly. The manager's reception was great! The fruit was delicious. Our room was very comfortable and everything looked new.

The only complaint is that the pillows are too small. They are about six inches shorter than standard pillows and pretty thin.

My sister and our families stayed at this hotel while visiting from Chicago. The staff was amazing. So sweet and helpful...even wished our team good luck before while we were leaving for the game.
And the breakfast...what can I say...the best I have ever had at an Embassy Suites. It was a little more than I wanted to spend for one night but so worth it.

The place was great, the staff was wonderful. I find it hard to believe that the manager of this wonderful 5 star hotel would be rude at all. If, they train the staff to be so kind, then the manager must be doing something good.
