The service is pretty good. The maids don't vacume very often. The location was pretty convenient. The fire alarm went off twice in 4 days. It was not very much fun when your standing outside in Freezing weather waiting on the Fire Truck to get there. Then no one gives you a reason on why this keeps happening. Something needs to be worked on apparently!

The location of this hotel is great. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area.
Breakfast is OK. But no waffles like other Residence Inn.
