My family and I had an outstanding vacation at the Timber Lodge. The Heavenly Village has shops and restaurants right outside that create a convenient and fun atmosphere. Groceries are a short walk and the casinos are a three minute walk as well. Outstanding accommodations and friendly, courteous staff from the valets, to the bellmen, the concierge, and the front desk. All were extremely responsive and happy to be of assistance.

Stayed hear when it first opened up many years ago. Things might have changed since then but overall a nice place. Only thing that I didn't like was price, but at least you know what you were expecting.

My family & I visited this resort recently. Service, cleanliness, value was excellent.
Especially, the location is the fab for the skier, because of the Heavenly Ski lift is right next to this Timber Losge Resort.

The place was great and beyond our expectations. Very modern, yet fitting for the South Lake Tahoe venue. We read some quesitonable reviews about paper-thin walls. The hotel was pretty much sold out and well occupied, but very quiet. Loved the fireplace and the views. The lifts were right there next to the hotel. Overall experience was great and we'll definitely visit again.
