Inexpensive Place..

I like this hotel because it's cheap, got a decent pool and is close to the ocean and best places to eat in Cabarete. You can't get this close for cheaper unless you stay in the "extreme budget hotels" which are dicey.
That said , the service is pretty bad and depending on which room you get, it can be a good deal, or a soggy ...

The first room I was in leaked through the ceiling whenever the above tenant showered. The rear apartments are next to a lagoon and very isolasted. Poor lighting at night and difficult to walk in the rain through the mud and puddles. After a mild complaint I was moved to a much better room under the cafe and pool side in the front of the ...

Awesome place to stay!

Enjoyed everything about this hotel, but most of all the quiet stay overlooking the lagoon. It's close to all of the best restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach.

I was in room 130B, which is near the back of the grounds. The walk way would flood after each rain, a gap under the door big enough for large bugs to walk in; the doors on this building stick; so the sound of slamming doors was common. Wonderful for couples

My fiance and I stayed two nights and it was wonderful!! The price was so much better than the hotel across the street (Taino Hotel)and the service was great. They greeted us right away and located a nice room on the second floor, which had a view of the pool. The room was very spacious and spotless clean. We were treated like first class. Thanks ...
