Nonstop screaming kids from early morning till way past midnight. To get an elevator took forever. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Will definately come back to area but will stay somewhere else.

We visit Orange Beach yearly! We always stay in Phoenix III. The condos are roomy and beautiful. Surf the Brett Robinson Rentals website to find a condo with furnishing of your liking! The grounds are kept up nicely and security is good. Its convenient to shopping and dining! Our favorite entertainment is LuLu's!

Have stayed at Ph 6 & 7 too in the past 3 years and both were great too. brett robinson's team does the best job--never had a problem with our unit or reservations. ...

This unit is a beach side 3 bedroom that can sleep 10 people including the couch that makes a double bed. Wonderful New Year's destination. Close to the Flora Bama. Beach was great. This unit is 3 floors up - great view - but not difficult to walk stairs if we did not want to wait for the elevator. -- Lovely unit. Appears recently upgraded. Chic !

What a neat condo in such a great location! Our suite of rooms (1015) was right on the water - beach to the front and bay to the back.

Pristine white sugar sands with a beautiful blue ocean view off the balcony. And that was just from the front. In the back we had a lovely view of the bay and caribean colored homes on Ono Island.

I loved everything about this place. The people were so nice. It was clean and there was not a lot of noise. Every room has a view of the beach. It was the best vacation our family has ever been on. I never thought I would love anything better than Disney World. This was the first vacation were I was able to relax and not try to find things to do. It was amazing. We are already planning our trip to go next summer.

Phoenix VII, 3 BR was very roomy, clean, very nice. The refrigerator had no ice maker though and we had to go out for ice. The beach is about 300 yards across the protected dunes so going to the beach was an ordeal but we probably needed the exercise anyway. The Phoenix Condo that we stayed in was very nice and clean and big. My whole family was there and we had enough room. Also, the condo is right on the beach so all we had to do was walk over a bridge and we were there. All around the Phoenix there were shops, restaurants, and other fun things that you always want to do at the beach. I didn't dislike anything. Definitely a relaxing place also and fun for anyone!!!
