This resort actually looks very nice and has some average amenities. So I might be willing to recommend staying there. However, please please don't ever buy a timeshare from this company! The customer service is terrible, starting with the Web site. You will call their phone number and they'll tell you that all the answers to your questions ...

Rob Thurston owner of Bison Lodge 4705 offered his condo with a rental deposit of 531.8 months before scheduled vacation, I cancelled 90 days out after becoming exhausted dealng with Rob, no answering machine or vmail, phone just rang etc. He disappeard for weeks and then reappeared, He lost our original contract that I had sent in the deposit ...

Our one bedroom apartment was beyond expectation. Great staff, wonderful ammenities. It could not have gotten any better.
We would love to go back and would recommend Westgate to everyone.

Yahoo travel did book our reservation for the wrong date. We were confirmed for June 14th but the hotel was booked for June 6th. It was very chaotic at the beginning of the stay due to the fact the reservation was made for the wrong day. This has really made us hesitant to use Yahoo travel again.
