They charged for every extra. Front desk was not helpful and lied to me. Services were slow. They also double billed for services I would not recomend this hotel.

I LIKE EVERY THING THERE IN THE HOTEL! I THINK THAT THE POOL WAS THE BEST OUT OF THEM ALL! I ALSO LIKE THE SPASE!
We recently traveled to Spokane and spent a week at the Davenport Hotel. We stayed in the restored original building in a king deluxe room. We completey enjoyed the room and the hotel. Terrific character, service and amenities...we unreservedly reccommend the hotel.

It's the Davenport....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/15/07
Though the Davenport has a great history, i am afraid the history has been compromised by this new "tower." Were they kidding?
The hotel is certainly a must see hotel and an important landmark in Spokane.
They must have cut a few corners in the reno though - the cooling units blasted cold air out all night and nobody could fix it.
Thank goodness I had a 50% off coupon! It is pricey. The room was awesome and the bed was amazing. The breakfast in the tower, was not great. My eggs benedict were over cooked and the sauce was runny. The Bloody Mary made up for it. If you're looking for a special night away from home, the Airport Ramada has some awesome rooms with pools!

The staff is so nice and is willing to help you with what ever you need. They truely brought back good old fashion service, the kind you always dream about but never get. There prices are a little high but well worth it. The Davenport is the best hotel in the spokane area. I thought it even exceeded the CDA resort.
Extremely close to the city center. No need for a car if your in town for business. Internet connection & room layout was great. Workout facility was clean and the equipment was adequate. The food in the restaurant was top notch.
I loved this hotel. Modestly priced with plenty of luxury. Like the shower. I will go back with someone I'm romantic with for the HUGE walk in shower alone. Gorgeous furnishings, ample rooms, massive & comfortable four poster beds, beautiful views, and the architecture and decorations are impeccable. I couldn't believe I was in ...

The Davenport is wonderful!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/10/06
I go to Spokane on business 1-2 time per year and it is something I look forward to just to stay at the Davenport. The lobby is absolutely awesome! The food is great and the service is perfect. The room prices are relatively low for the quality of the hotel and the experience. Go during Christmas season when the Davenport is all dressed up! ...
