If you reach the motel before 14:00 you will not be able to check in as that is their check in time. Very inconvenient if your flight arrives early morning in LAX.

Room is comfortable & reasonably clean.

Places to eat are within walking distance. Buses to LAX airport and downtown are also withing walking distance.

Only draw back was the area it was in, when i brought up my concern with front desk he assured me i should not worry and enjoy my stay.
