Great price for Hawai'i and I felt like more of a local by not being in the usual beach resorts. The beach was only a short drive and one at Waikoloa, the Anaeho'omalu Bay was my favorite. The room was clean and had a great view of the golf course. If you like to play golf or swim in the pool, it's a great place to stay.
The down side is that it is 30 minutes from Kona. We were not aware that it was in the middle of nowhere and there were no restaurants nearby. It is not convenient to sight seeing.

Spent a week at Paniolo Greens with 3 others. Great location if you like to be away from crowds. Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and any housekeeping needs we had were answered within minutes.

The local scenery is awesome and even though this is not an ocean-front location, there are a number of beaches nearby and you can walk to the grocery store.

I highly recommend this property! Wish I was still there!

Well, we did go back between May 21 and June 4th and had a fabulous vacation. Accommodation was great, much cleaner that past visit, lots of room for two couples, had a unit across from the room, ground floor and steps away from the barbacue.
