I have once made an online reservation but have to cancel the booking as my leave requisition was rejected. I sent an email to Robertson Quay Hotel and was surprised that they feedback to me within 5 minutes.

I made a reservation but cancelled one of the days in person at their front desk several days in advance. They did not process the cancelation properly and charged my credit card for a no show. The manager argues with customers and will not refund my money. Hotels like this don't deserve to be in business - stay away.

Let me tell you right now, I intially booked for five days...Hotel was clean, but very old and smelled musty. Hotel staff was very understanding when I told them immediately I was checking out. Some friends and I stayed a night in the same room, and ate the breakfast there. I guess this place is good for someone who doesnt mind staying in a 2 star hotel..thats exactly what it is, nothing special. Will never stay there again!

This hotel was under rennovation when we stayed there, and the rooms are very tiny. Internet connection was also very expensive. Not a 3 star hotel, maybe 2. And near food shops along the river with
delicius food and night live.
Boats to travel on the river.
It's a real good place to stay.
