The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but we had to change rooms several different times upon check-in (due to room not being cleaned, toilet broken, A/C not working).
The rooms weren't as nice or clean as I would have liked. There were several dead bugs on the floor, and the bathroom really needed to be cleaned more carefully ...
