Wow, great location, dated decor, they do NOT like kids here!

Lots of rules, fees and rules. They charge you to register, to park, to play tennis, to do laundry, etc. Pool is not open to children until 10:00 a.m., toys only allowed from 11:30 - 12:30 and 4:00 - 5:00. Our seven year old was afraid of being arrested by the 'pool ...

Marco and South Seas make for a great vacation

Loved the location and the views from South Seas. The end unit we rented had sunset views that looked like a picture postcard. Great pool too!

Marco Island is the best kept secret ( not anymore) in florida. Great beaches and views from South Seas tower.. Also, the pool is great.

OVERALL
great place to stay w/ kids

very nice views and location. got to keep an eye on the kids fro our 6 th floor balcony and enjoys breath taking views at the same time.
room was immaculate and the location was great on marco island
very clean grounds w/ lots to do
will go back next year
