They gave us problems getting into the ready room in the morning at the time that we needed- after using the ready room as a selling point when they were trying to get me to book there. We spent our honeymoon here 5day/4night and from the moment we arrived the entire staff was friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to find they upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. The food was outstanding and room service excellent with many small extras. We were made to feel like the king and queen of the east! An ideal place for an escape from the world and its cares!!! 5 stars guys!

Over priced, dirty rooms with mold, rude underage staff... good dinner but this was only thing good about it... besides leaving in the morning. The floor above us was as thin as a sheet and we could hear the couple arguing all night... I imagine they were arguing about when they could leave and I can not blame them.

The French Manor was eveything I expected. The rooms were cozy and clean, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very nice. The Enchanted Evenings package is a good deal, I def. recommend it!
