As an American tourist, I rent a room to sleep in, not vacation in which works well for Hotel Alpi. Rates are quite expensive, but it is very close to Termini, and there is a fully stocked supermarket right in between the hotel and Termini.

The rooms look charming and the marble decor is nice. One room had carpet and stil smelled like dog or cat urine though. Our tub leaked, but we had enough towels to lay on the floor against the side to keep the area by the sink dry.

The representation by the hotel that each of the rooms was equipped with working air conditioning was not true. When we checked into the hotel on June 25th at approximately 7 pm, we arrived at the room to find it was hot (over 100 degrees) and humid.
