The location is great,and weather is warm and nice. The condo units are small but functional. I would highly recommend it to couples without children. Its not really a kid-friendly place. You cant beat the location,close to Naples,Everglades,and Marco Island. A hidden gem is across the street to Barefoot Beach preserve,Florida at its best.

Since when has OUR Beach and Tennis become Resort Quest Beach & Tennis Club. Contrary to your title, most of the units, like ours, are privately owned..... The owners pay the maintenance fees, taxes on their units, repairs, etc. Resort Quest only rents units that some owners bought for an investments. Many of us did not buy our for this ...
