The Railway Inn was in the perfect spot for all the shopping and wine touring that I wanted to do. The rooms were very cozy but plenty of room for my husband and myself. I recommend this Inn and I will definitely stay there again.

After seeing the Napa Valley Railway Inn featured on The Today Show as a great place to stay decided to give them a call.
Reservationist assured me that all "kinks" had been worked out by the new owners. So happy we did. Clean rooms, office is now staffed. Refrigerators, Flat screen T.V's with at least 10 channels. Location, Location, Location a plus. Highly recommend it.

After reading the other reviews of this place I now understand why I received such poor service when trying to book a room here. The first time I called, a woman answered the phone. She asked me to hold. No problem, except instead of placing me on hold she just laid the phone down, so that I could hear her entire conversation with another party. ...
