I have been to Kariba several times in 04, stayed on my father in laws ferry, a house boat, and camp site three times (one in a tent and the other 2 in bungalows). Its and incredible place and moderatly priced and if you drive from Harare its a thrill to drive through the wildernes watching for ele's, lions, and other wild life.
