I loved the people, who were very friendly and helpful. Most of my relatives on my father's side came from Stirling, and it was great to come here and find the house they lived in! With my favorite movie being Braveheart, Stirling was an obvious choice to visit while in Scotland. The castle is interesting, but I believe the William Wallace Monument was the highlight of my stay there.
