Stratford is an easy train ride from London. It's a nice town for taking pictures. You can boat a little on the Avon, feed the ducks, go to the butterfly farm, and all sorts of other little things while you're waiting for the curtain to go up at the Royal Shakespearean. (A VERY worthwhile theatre experience!)

Staraford upon the Avon was not exciting and everything that was focused on Shakespeare may or may not have actually happened...the town seemed to have to strech for all of its information.
The Royal Shakepeare theatre was cool though

first I was excited to see Sheakspare's birthplace... however there is nothing else except for Sheakspare, his houses and stuff. I was soo bored and regret to spend my 5 hours in a little boring town..

I had a wonderful time in this little town. Beautiful to walk around and just enjoy a day or two of relaxation. I can't wait to go back!

Great atmosphere...quaint but offers a variety for everyone. Plus, you can go into the house where Shakespeare was born!
