We were in St. Ives early October. The weather was beautiful and we loved the little streets and beautiful shops. Would recommend the Mermaid restaurant in Fish Street. Lovely fresh fish and excellent service. Only one downside to beautiful St. Ives - the council toilets on the front were the worst I had been in in Cornwall - the smell made my eyes water!!!
