    This Merieval town has a lot of ancient houses and buildings. Antique shops had fairly priced antiques. Oakham castle(built in 1180 AD)requires all people of English nobility forfeit a horseshoe with the person's name on it and the date of visit.I found that two ancestors (one on my father's side-the 2nd Earl of Camperdown visited the ...
