Ideal place to set up campWe headed to Barrow-in-Furness as most the hotels within the lakes were too expensive. We found a hotel online which has lots of good reviews, so we decided to choose it! The hotel was called Brow Head Hotel and is situated on Walney Island. We stayed here and made it our base to discover the lakes and surrounding area. The Ferry's great food.i have just been to a pub on walney island called the ferry,it was great,the food, the staff,the view,the beer,the park next door,everything was just great.going back tomorrow for more.if you come to barrow then dont forget to go over to walney island for a meal at the ferry.You did not find this review helpful.2 of 4 Yahoo!
