    SMALL TOWN AT THE RIVERSIDE,QUIET AND PEACEFUL PLACE BUT A LOT OF ENERGY!! BEAUTIFUL PLACE, BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE, BEST PLACE IN MERCEDES: THE PROMENADE.
