    Dear reader..

    I have been to kharkov 2 times x 10 days each.
    I normaly live in the hotel MIR becourse its pretty cheap and the people there are nice.
    Next time I will properbly rent an appartment they are cheaper than the hotel and they look great...

    Loved Kharkov the history, atmosphere, and the people, residents of the city were helpful and friendly to me; pointing me in right direction, putting up with my dismal use of the Russian language, and returning me correct change.   • My Kharkov

    I was born in Kharkov/Ukraine. I lived there for 10 years and than my family moved to Germany. I went back to Ukraine almost every year, to visit my grandmother and other relatives. The city has changed a lot since the time we left Ukraine. I cant wait to go back to Kharkov!

  • Wanna go bak sooo much!!!

    I loved the people ther! they are so interested in the way of life in America. They are funny, and just like normal people here. I jus cant wait to go bak and see all my friends!! I miss them all alot. We always write each other letters all the time.

    Kharkov is a great city untouched by tourists,the opera is a must so cheap yet very proffetional.Good transport good food great frindly people.Not much english spoken so you need phrase book.Best kind of accomadation is apartments very good at about $300 amonth.The hotels are expensive at $100 a night.Things I did not like is people spit on floor ...
