port kantaoui is a beautiful place,port has some lovely yachts,and boats. plenty of cafes and bars we did not stay in port kantaoui we stayed in sousse but i prefer the port. we would go back tomorrow. there is a cafe/bar with a bird cage outside you get entertained too,it is inside the port. only dislike was being to look in the shops all the time when you just want to walk around the port. definetly go back. GREAT.

The Marhaba Palace is in the ideal location, 5 minutes from the Port and right on the sandy beach.
BUT, the hotel itself is the worse I'v ever been in. Here are some of the reasons:

1) Cockroaches in the room and bathroom, some 3 inches long
2) Really tired looking and old furniture and decor
3) Staff who are ignorant and arrogant
