    just to see the city and meet with good poeples and looking around of the city, and I will visit Latakia on April 12, 2006 and looking for the good Hotel with good price.

    it's a nice costal city
    you'll love this cyti if you are a person who wants to know how the locals live
    fairly cheap if you bargin
    not for people who wants to enjoy beachs and western lifstile
    although there are nice beaches in latakia no good facilities are available.
    could not find clubs but during summer the city is busy 24/24
