How to describe the worst hote experience in sri lanka...
some rooms are ok,some others are bad, plenty of noisture, smelly, not clean bed sheets, batchrooms with loose electric wires above showers
staff promises things to close the deal and once paid change their mind
they paid commissions to driver and travel agents
we left after 1 night... the 2nd night was not possible!

iam at kandy and the best places are the dalada maligawa,the secrad tooth of lord budhda, and a liitle bit away from there is "peradeniya" ,there you can finf the botanical garden, a great place to visit.
many more places are there i'll tell them later,

My husband and I stayed in Kandy the week of the Perahera. We were a bit bothered by the price gouging but had a lovely stay regardless. It's a very nice & excellent place to visit as a Buddist & I'm proud about this ancient,attractive place.

The Tooth relic of Lord buddha were placed here in Dalada Maligawa since many years ago.
Yet, It's placed here with thousand of buddist peoples honourable respect.

WOW!! What a Great City!! BEST WEATHER IN THE WORLD!! NATURE IS BEAUUUUUTIFUL!!! People are nice, AWESOME!!! Best place to visit with family or friends. I think it is the best city in Sri Lanka. everything is so great. Kandians are so lucky to live in that city.

Kandy is a wonderful city, made so friendly and safe by its local people, who are always smiling and wanting to be helpful all the time.
Accommodation is not 5 star by western standards, but neither is the price. A good cheap place to visit. Use Kandy as a base and visit Elephant Orphanage, Botanical gardens, NewarEliya, Sigiriya, Dambulla ...

I like there because it si my home town and there lies the Dalada Palace. and one of the best botanical gardens.very good people.and can travel from Colombo to there in one train.you get a very good side seen from the train.during any period of the year you can go there cos the climate and weather is favuorable at any time. and yoo can see the most presious Toothe relic of Lord Buddha.It's the one and only in the world.

Wether is realy good & much comfortable. People are friendly, this city is first world heritage city in the world. I like to visit this city again.
