When I was in Seville I stayed at Puerta Catedral Apartments (www.puertacatedral.com) in a fantastic duplex tourist apartment type Attic with 2 private terraces overlooking a breathtakingly beautiful Cathedral and its alminar, La Giralda. Unbeatable location and the best comfort of a 5 star Hotel in my opinion. Fantastic staff and service: Full equipped apartments with TV Satellite (over 200 international channels) and Internet WiFi for free.
I started in Barcelona, Madrid and then to Seville. I spent eight days in Seville and it was heaven on earth. The people pretty much set the tone for the city. They were very nice and helpful. This is one of a very few places that I have been to and was able to really get to know the people. Every where we went, the people were frinedly. The ...

The hotel Giralda. Try getting the management to deal with a complaint - they dont want to know! This complaint centres around misleading booking information for which the hotel refused to take any responsibility.
I stayed in Seville for a summer during college, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. The city has a lot to offer without the huge partying like the other main cities in Spain. Not that there isn't any partying in Seville - hit calle Betis or Torneo after 10pm and that is where you will find the teens and 20 somethings. But ...
A must do in Sevilla is Tapas Tours. Yolanda and Christine are delightful, considerate guides to the neighborhood bodegas where English is only spoken by the group. They meet four days a week in front of La Giralda (the cathedral tower) and take those who lack confidence in ordering tapas. They decipher the menu and give tips regarding customs for ...

Visit Roman ruins just outside Sevilla in Italica. See one of the largest Cathedral's in Europe and its tower that once was a minaret for the city's mosque. Shop in streets (calle Tetuan and calle Sierpes) that once were an Arab marketplace. Listen to the palmas of percussionists who enliven the enchanted rhythms of flamenco. Enjoy the ...
Barcelona is specatcular, no one can deny that, but it unique and not truely Spanish. Madrid is a metropolitain city and could be any city across the globe, but Seville is Spain through and through. The smell of oranges, the true passion for bullfighting and futbol, the slower pace of life ... it was utterly Spain! Loved it beyond belief, among ...
I'm going to make this simple. Sevilla has pretty good weather, food and is only 90 minutes from the southern coast of Spain. The people are friendly and the women love to dance. The night life is great but be prepared to stay out all night long. The club gets started at midnight and doesn't stop until 6 or 7am. The only problem I have is ...

Best City I went to in Spain

Friendly people, nice architecture, food wasn't bad either. People in Madrid tend to be more arrogant. A lot safer than Barcelona.
Nice mix of Moorish and Christian architecture. It is especially evident in this city. Great for art lovers!

Heaven Exists in Spain

I loved the warm weather, people, and relaxed European atmosphere. The beach is only about 1-2 hours drive away. The night life was amazing! The clubs in Sevilla are awsome! Check out a soccer game if you get the chance--the fans are sometimes more entertaining to watch than the actual game. Also, Isla Magica is a great family place to visit. It is similar to six flags, but with more spanish flair. I am saving my money to return!!
