Camps Bay is an upscale, European-style, bustling neighborhood in Cape Town located across from the beach. The restaurants are very reasonably priced, and there are great views of the mountains (the 12 Apostles, Devil's peak)and the chilly Atlantic Ocean. We had a nice, short visit but you need a week or so to tour the surrounding areas including the increasingly popular local wineries.
