We were in Perm, Russia for the adoption of our son appx. 2 years ago. We found this restaurant and loved it. It serves very high quality Italian food. Great pastas and pizza. Very nice atmospher and very reasonably priced.

Perm is mostly an industrial city but there are lots of things to see and do depending upon your desire.
