This city is more then 300 years old and hides in its map a lot of Russian treasures starting with the Decembrists and Old Russian culture. It has a mix of European architecture and Siberian culture. Drama Theater of Okhlopkov and Musical/Comedy Theater, Circus and more!!!! I would say Irkutsk city is the Southeastern Capital of Siberia. It is next to Angarsk
