What a wonderful place to camp. This is a place where you can park the car and go everywhere by walking. Store, show, marina, sports shop, ranger station. You can hike, fish, sleep, ride bikes. Within a short ride you can horse back ride, or go to the star shows at the heliport. I'm camped at Pinecrest for 52 years, hiked up to Cleos Bath every year! When I turn right at the "Y" I just turn into a kid again.
