I was in CDO last December, 2008. Wonderful experience. I'm going back next week to visit my fiancee. Can't wait to get there.

CDO has a real small town atmosphere and where everyone is really friendly. Cost of living is very reasonable by European or US standards. It is a growing city with much new housing currently under construction. After visiting and living in CDO for 18 years now, its been an extremely safe place for me and my family. If you are planning on visiting, living or retiring here in CDO, you have made a very good choice.

Going to the airport is a road up. A breath-taking sight while making a stop on Oro Garden, over-looking Cagayan River. I will always cherish the refreshing trees down the riverbanks. The river is like a bigger Anaconda crawling in the forest. It was so beautiful a sight and it was worth the stop! I am looking forward to take another break in my home town.

I have lived in CDO since April 2006 and like it better here each day. The people are wonderful, friendly and always smiling. The shopping is very good compared to many other cities in the country. The food choices, entertainment options and recreational opportunities are superb.
