The Iloilo midtown Hotel has beautiful, immacultely clean rooms, friendly staff , free WiFi in lobby, and reasonable prices at a great downtown location near the ferry docks.

The only negative is that many of the staff in the restaurant, which may be separately owned, seem mostly disinterested in their jobs or customers.

Overall, it is the best of the budget hotels in downtown Iloilo.

it's my husband's motherland and i only visited twice the place. people are warm & kind. you can see the town's progress. Iloilo City is one of the best city's i've been! I Love Barquillos, Bachoy and other iloilo native delicacies. In fact i've created a post on my 360yahoo blogs about Iloilo and other adjacent regions.
