Apart from being one of the most beautiful valley in Pakistan, Chitral is also one of the safest areas. So the next time you want to travel, forget about safety.

amazingly not many people know that Northern areas of Pakistan are more beautiful than Nepal, Tibet, Switzerland or anywhere.i went Chitral in 1996. i stayed at Shandur Pass which is at 13000 ft is the highest polo ground. we watch original barbarrick version of Polo, there were lakes, mountains, blue rivers, people with unbelievable dresses.anoone who loves mountains and trekking should not die before watching Northern areas of Pakistan.

My grandad had always been on my case to visit Chitral and get a sense of my background and origin. Anyway, i went 3 years ago and i have got to say it is beautiful. I m belong to this area. My love to these area is naturally because these area r so beautiful. Every year I spend my vacations there. Is my blood place? But I think the govt always forget the beauty of chitral. They give more preference to other areas. If govt give to importance to chitral then Pakistan becomes more economically strong. But I always pray for my beautiful chitral to become more popular strong amin.
