Beautiful city and great people. I had lived there for about 3 years and found the most beautiful people, culture lived outside the city. Many nice beaches that are only able to visit by boat which provide private beaches, good fishing and nice ruins to visit. Not far from Saudi so driving is a breeze when you want to visit a larger Arab city.

Oman is the best country i have ever seen in this world.. iman is really nice country espeically muscat and Salalah.. i like everythig in oman and i really really enjey it and i would love to come back to it as soon as possible because i really miss it...

This country is the best of its neighbors. The nation is very friendly and kind over all. the beach is very clean and and quiet. the country is a combination of Dessert, montain and sea side leisure. Where at night the sky is covered with stars and clear weather... You will enjoy to go back again and again as the country is in revolution phase... I have spent 2 weeks in the country without feeling board.

I didn't know that a country such as Oman still exsist in this world, very very safe, kind and wonderfull people, unspoild beaches, so many places to see and to discover....and lots more. I advice everyone who wishes to travel to the middle east to visit Oman its the real arabia.

Oman is the best place ive ever been to..., I do not hide Dubai is most beutiful to me but since I had to spend sometime in Muscat where I was doing my training on the drilling school, I found it wonderfull as well. its progressing really fast, you see new buildings there now a lot more than you could, i know it will take time as there are not ...

Muscat is a great place to hang out and really explore 'the real Arabia'. The people are friendly and relaxed. We stayed at the Chedi Hotel, which is like a Balinese hotel in Arabia - very nice.

Oman and Muscat especially is a wonderful and magic place. I had the great pleasure of spending a 2 month holiday there and experience the maginicence of her natural wonders such as; jabal shams, jabal akhdar (green mountain) and al sifa beach. Camping and visiting these unspoilt treasures and meeting the hospitipal Omani's that inhabit them ...

How could anyone dislike Oman. It is beautiful, clean, unique and I could live there quite happily. The people are incredible, polite, helpful and just wonderfully hospitable.

I will be returning many, many times. It is definately a first class country.

i loved it so much - it is a very safe place with lots of places to go so many advenutres ,diving, camping mountain climbing. people there are sooo nice and helful . they respect tourist it is the best holiday you can ever have... oh yea and lots of good hotels with wide range of prices. loved it planing to go again next year
