Beautiful spotWe passed through Fox Glacier over the New Year holiday of 2005. While it was unseasonably chilly and there was a great deal of rain, we still had a great time, biking to nearby Lake Matheson and Fox Glacier itself. The hiking around the glacier is spectacular and the hike around the lake is definitely worth the effort as well.
