  • Little known SPECIAL place...El Pescadero Playa
    By P, 02/20/09
Who could imagine lush greenery in the desert? In all of Baja, this is the place year around. The sounds of the Pacific Ocean water's edge, growing fields of vegetables & fruit orchards with the picturesque back drop of the Sierra Leguna mountain range...We enjoy the ultimate get-away. Tranquility found only in nature's beauty, ...

Only one and ahlf hours from the San Jose airport! You bypass all the "hardcore" tourists in Cabo and find a great place to relax!

We made it to Todos Santos and were astonished by how much cooler it is than Cabo or San Jose. The town is small but very nice . With many old buildings that house galleries, restaurants, and private ...

  • A little bit of paradise...
    By therubsley, 09/26/05
Todos Santos is nice - great beaches, a quirky little town with a good mixture of locals and gringos - much nicer than the Cabos - but the real gem in this neck of the woods is a little canyon just on the other side of the mountains, west of Santiago. It has hot springs, a beautiful clean river with swimming holes, waterfalls and beaches, and plenty of hiking to be done. Muy tranquilo! A little piece of heaven well worth seeking out.
