Problems with Hotel de ArkOur group of 20 had a wonderful weekend in Delft. Everything was wonderful except our experience with the Hotel de Ark. 30 Jan 2008 we reserved 10 rooms at this hotel for dates 25-27 April with a man named Ruud. He gave us 11 April as a 'last date to cancel.' I guaranteed the room with my credit card. We called back in March to re-confirm ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

great!I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the city. All of the residents seemed happy, and were welcoming of visitors. There were not many tourists when I was there in the Spring, so that made the experience more pleasent. The canals were beautiful as well.
