Pokhara has some of the most amazing views of the Himalayan Mountains. Mt. Annapurna was breathtaking, especially if you are able to get a good view. The Nepalese are the nicest people I have ever encountered. Its been less than a year since I visited and I am already saving money for my next trip. This is the kind of place you'd want to retire in!

stayed at kiwi guest house, friendly owner, nice and cheap also great view of mountain from the roof top. Only thing i dislike was the tout at bus stand, be ware of them

It nice place the tourist town lake side. And swim in lake. I stay in hotel placid vally in which is in gaurighat near royal place. it nice and cheap place to stay in rooms are so nice with sepreat balcony.
