i just went to veracruz city or as they call it el puerto de veracruz and i had so much fun there i loved the atmosphere and history and the people are so freindly. there are a lot of good mueseums like the museo de la ciudad and the navy mueseum and san juan de ullua is a great fortress to visit i also loved los portales were you can eat good ...

Veracruz city is a fun city with lots to do. People from all over the world visit Veracruz to enjoy the food and culture.
Catemaco, a couple hours south, is my favorite town in all of Veracruz state. With Lake Catemaco, the beach, rivers, waterfalls and jungle,all within 20 minutes of town, its hard to beat. No wonder the movie industry comes to Catemaco for filming thier jungle scenes.

I visited Veracruz in a tour and i loved it! The people are very friendly, the weather is wonderful, and the food is so great!
It seems like to be a nice place to live in Mexico too. It's very safe compared to other mexican cities and there is always a lot to do.
I really passed a great time in Veracruz.

The port is great, but you should also visit the small towns like cuatepec, teocelo, and the hidden rural town of Monte Blanco.
