Here you will get in another atmosphere, you should walk up and down kind of hills... lol... but is fun, make sure use a comfortable shoe that doesnt slippers... you already will see Santa Prisca Cathedral (beautiful)and many shops of jewelry silver (you should look for good places and prices)...You can find also international food, no bad... dont miss this place !!!

Living in Southern California, Baja California was readily accessible so as a high school student, we used to go around to Taxco because the crossing was almost non-existent. No questions asked! Last year, it was almost the same place as in the 1960's. How refreshing. Warm people, good food, fairly clean and a lot of fun!

Beautiful with old world charm. Traveled
there while vacationing in Acapulco many
times. Always enjoyed it although it takes
a full day for the trip. But very well worth it.

It is old style mexico and old world charm it is a very lovely town with cobblestone streets and great architecture. It is also the largest silver producing town in mexico.

i was on crusis ship and took tour to taxco i wish i could had spend more time there
