I like almost every thing in Ipoh. Most places here are non-tired to visit to. Only thing I dislike is there is still a `two-world' human around.
well ipoh will be great for people who have retired, they also have good schools but they have not much entertainment in ipoh,,,,,useless ipoh city council not for doing anything,,,thank to the new kinta riverfront, ipoh will rise up again ...the kinta rivcerfron will be a great place for us to entertain our self.im from ipoh and we all enjoy the life here,,,no traffic jams

What happened to the Ipoh I knew?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/13/06
Ipoh is my hometown. After secondary school, I studied in the UK & have now settled down elsewhere.
Before this most recent trip (March 2006), the last time I visited Ipoh was about 14-15 years ago. And it seems that Ipoh has not changed very much -in fact for the "worst" when old & new towns are concerned.

Allways in my heart. I will be back.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/10/06
I grew up in Ipoh. I knew Ipoh like the back of my hand... In the early 80's .. my family practically owned Ipoh. My father was KP Perak, my aunt and uncles were President for Chamber of Commerce of Perak, Chief Justice, Army General of Perak Corp. State Secretary, the MB was also related to me, when I was a teenager.
