not really worth goingunless you like parks and museums, this place isn't worth going at all. the shopping centres dont have much to shop, neither does the Main Bazaar. the tourist spots were boring, nothing much to see, especially Fort Margherita. the route there isnt tourist friendly. and beware not to deposit your things in the locker there, the janitor will ...0 of 5 Yahoo! So much to see! So much to do! All affordable!Kuching is definitly a lesser known tourist town. Wether you're a city, a naterous, or a sightseeing person, Kuching has something for everyone, at a low, low price. Definitely a must!!Kuching Sarawak is definitely a place to go in Malaysia. I went there once but fell in love instantly. From the moment I stepped out from the plane everything went smoothly. A nice placeThe good things :
- Traffic jam not as bad as Penang.
- People are friendly
- Many greens
- River is clean
The bad things :
- Expensive to get from 1 place to another. Eg: From Merdeka Palace to Satok, a 5 mins ride, the cab charge RM7.00 !!

ExcitingKuching is a good town. What I dislike about Kuching is it has very limited public transport. It is very difficult to find a taxi sometimes to move around the town.Otherwise, its one of the most exotic place to visit. The town and the environment is clean and lovely. The best City in Malaysia and PacificI'm now living in KL. Have been to many cities and places around Malaysia, I think Kuching City, the best place to stay. Even better than KL. If I'm in Kuching, a place of must is the Kuching Waterfront. Its a peaceful place. And another places of interest are waiting to be discovered. One fact, Kuching is the cleanest city in Malaysia.
