I loved the openess of the beach.It was very beautiful,the sand is amazing,very fine,almost sparkling when you look at it.The tree's bring a breath of fresh air''and the ocean waves just relax the mind.I would recommend going there to anyone!!!

I was totally amazed at the beaches in Jurmala. I really had no idea that they'd have nice beaches in the Baltic, but they do! The air was so clean. The city was great and only a short, super cheap train ride from Riga. Since Jurmala is in Eastern Europe it's still a great deal for any Westerner. Honestly, I grew up in Orange County ...
