visit ammanamman is a clean city specialy down town and the west side of the city amman is located and build over 7 mountains also it is a saife city to visit also ther are many shopping malls and many markets modern hotels and resturants vey modern cafeshops very nice area to visit is abdoon there is a very beutifull gardens specialy king husein gardens ...1 of 1 Yahoo! Amazing CountryI loved every mintue in Amman. This is a beautiful and very fun place to have lots of fun. I stayed with relatives, but any hotel is fine.
Places to see: go to Petra expericence the beauty. Then Wadi Rum and spend a night in the desert. Jerash for the history and then to the middle of Amman.

amman a wonderful cityjordan a wonderful country i loved it .. i really did .. amman is a wonderful city the people there are so friendly they even taught me some arabic words like islam alekom wich is like saying hello and keefk which is how r u hehe .. there are many stuff you can do in jordan you could relax at the dead sea or do water sports in aqaba go ...3 of 5 Yahoo! I visited Amman, Jordan in December 2004 to visit my friends. It was the first time I traveled to the Middle East. Really loved it. Jordanians are so wonderful. Very good hospitality there. My Ikebana paradiseWell I was there to meet Ikenobo Ikebana's Study Group.
Amazing flora especailly Calla lilies and Black Iris (national flower of Jordan)
You will find Oak, Palm, Olive, Aleppo pine, ilex.
Wow all can be used for Bonsai's.
Ladies of Amman are very passionate bout flower arranging and they have all the chapters of Ikebana
