The first town in Jamaica to be developed specifically as a resort, OCHO RIOS (usually just called "Ochi") abounds with neon-fronted duty-free stores, fast-food chains, bars, clubs and visitor-oriented restaurants. Local culture takes a back seat to the tourist trappings here, so it's not a good place to get an authentic flavour of ...

I visited Jamaica from Oct. 4-8 with three other friends. We had the pleasure of staying at the Riu and it was absolutely amazing. The nightly shows were entertaining and awesome. I even got a chance to dance on stage and won the contest. Our group had a private guide who took us to Dunn River Falls and to visit the Ochi Craft Market. They were ...
This place was just simple amazing! Extremely peaceful, and simply breath taking. The service that you recieve is immpecable and unimaginable.

There were lots to do around the resort, but our favorite thing was lying by the enormous pool. The only downside was that it wasn't really safe to go ...
