It's the highest and definitely one of the coldest place in Europe with permanent residents. This little village in the heart of the Alps offers excellent opportunities during both winter and summer.
The sight is outstanding, the atmosphere unique, the food is delicious... and don't forget that it's the cheapest tax-free zone you can find in Europe.
