Me and my friends visited in 2003 from March until Oct. It was such as great time we went again in 2004 from Feb until Oct and spent all of our time in Fallujah. Then, we went a third time in 2005 from Oct to Dec. I can honestly say besides the fact that I got shot at, mortared, and almost killed, the sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. Cant say ...

Bagdad, a nice city, but if you don't have a paltoon or two, and some tanks don't bother

this is the greatest city in the world. we have electricity (sometimes) and between air and ground attacks, there is ample opportunity for looting and watching the local entertainment. after the public execution,(laugh? I thought I'd die!) we headed to the hotel for a quick bowl of cold water .(yum!)

Well, it's not as rough as Liverpool. Certainly fewer unemployed people than Liverpool and my car stereo wasn't nicked either. Overall, better than Liverpool, not as nice as London, Paris, New York etc.

Don't believe the left-wing media, Baghdad is a beautiful, and safe city...much safer than most cities including; Grozny, Kabul, and even Toronto.
Just mention that you come from a rich family and you will be lavished with attention...they won't take their eyes off you.

When I first got to Baghdad I was treated to men smoking like chimineys and with big bushy moustaches. Then as luck would have it we were delayed since another severed head was rolling in the road, so that had to be picked up and put with the other 3,000 of them. Women oh women. Had on lovely skin of goat which went very well with their rotted ...

I like some of the people most of the time and most of the people some of the time, but I will never like all of the people, all of the time, but found a way to hate all the people on certain occassions. It's better than Al Asad or Fallujah!
